Employees of Hollander Investments, Inc. receive a wide variety of benefits. These benefits are a significant part of total employee compensation. Below is a summary of the benefits which may be available upon acceptance of an offer of employment.

Health Insurance

Options for medical, dental, and vision insurance are provided to employees who work at least 32 hours per week and have satisfied the waiting period of at least 90 days of employment. Premium cost shares for health insurance vary depending on the employee’s work location and the level of coverage selected. Hollander Investments provides a group term life policy with accidental death and dismemberment benefits to eligible employees. Employees may also elect to purchase additional voluntary life and AD&D coverage for themselves and their dependents.

Retirement Plan(401K)

The company provides a 401 (k) plan,allowing employees to benefit from pretax deferred contributions. Upon completion of one year of service and at least 1000 hours worked, employees 21 years of age and older are eligible to participate in the Hollander Investments, Inc. 401(k) plan. Matching funds may be provided based on the employee’s work location and position.


Holiday pay may be provided based on employee’s work location and position.

Vacation/Sick Pay

Employees accrue either PTO (Paid Time Off) or in some locations as mandated Sick and Safe Time depending on their position. The amount provided is based on hours worked and length of service. Employees begin earning Sick and Safe Time on their first day of work and are eligible to use it immediately. Employees begin earning PTO time on their first day of work and are eligible to use it after 90 days of employment.
