Hollander Hospitality Announces Liz Hofmann as General Manager of AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Airport

Seattle, WA - May 19, 2025 - Hollander Hospitality is proud to announce the promotion of Liz Hofmann to the position of General Manager at the AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Airport. The hotel, currently operating as Skybridge Seattle Airport Hotel during its renovation and rebranding process, is set to shine even brighter under Liz's exceptional leadership.

Liz, who most recently served as General Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Tacoma Downtown, brings a wealth of experience and passion to her new role. With a degree in Hospitality Management from Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University) and an impressive track record that spans more than three decades, Liz has made her mark on the hospitality industry. She began her journey at the front desk of a hotel in Aspen, Colorado, where she fell in love with hospitality and its connection to tourism. Her career then took her to Kaua'i, Hawaii, where she worked for 32 years, managing restaurants and hotels, participating in task force roles, and piloting innovative projects to refine operations.

Liz has consistently demonstrated her commitment to excellence. Her accomplishments include driving financial success and guest satisfaction, fostering community engagement, and mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals—including her own daughter, who shares her mother’s passion for the industry.

Liz’s vision is rooted in bringing out the best in her team, understanding that the success of a hotel lies in the collective dedication of its staff. She is inspired by the vibrant team at the Skybridge Seattle Airport and is excited to lead the property's transformation into an AC Hotel by Marriott. She cherishes time spent hiking and walking with her husband and dogs, as well as traveling to visit her grown children around the globe.
