Melanie brings more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. though her connection to hospitality began long before her professional career.

Growing up around hotels. she was inspired by her mother. who started as a Front Desk Agent and later became an Executive Housekeeper. Seeing firsthand how hotel teams created a sense of family and belonging for both employees and guests sparked Melanie's passion for the industry.

Prior to joining Hollander Hospitality. she served as an Assistant General Manager at a Courtyard property. Outside of work.

Melanie describes herself as a video game enthusiast.

She was drawn to Hollander Hospitality because of the company's strong reputation and the opportunities it offers for professional growth.

In her new role. Melanie looks forward to making a positive impact on her team. helping create an environment where everyone feels welcomed. and making a meaningful difference in the workplace.
