Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown Convention Center is pleased to announce the promotion of Orion Taylor to Guest Service Manager

Over the past two years, Orion has become an invaluable member of the Hollander Hospitality family. He began his journey with us as a Guest Service Representative. His dedication and leadership earned him a promotion to Assistant Guest Service Manager, and now he is taking the next step in his career as Guest Service Manager.

Before joining Hollander Hospitality, Orion had the unique opportunity to travel across the country while working as a Guest Service Manager with American Cruise Lines, exploring America's Great Rivers and gaining hospitality experience along the way.

As he steps into his new role, Orion is excited to continue growing both personally and professionally while delivering outstanding service to our guests.

Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, dining out, and seeking out new experiences whenever he can.

When asked why Orion was selected for this promotion, his manager Ziggy Lopuszynski highlighted his exceptional contributions to training and development. He also praised his willingness to step in wherever help is needed and his eagerness to learn through hands-on experience.
