Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett Welcomes New Human Resources Manager

Alicia has accepted the position of Human Resources Manager at Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett!

Alicia has over 15 years of leadership experience and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in HR. She has been working in Human Resources for the last 8 years, most recently as the HR Manager for a local aerospace company.

In her new role as HR Manager at Delta Hotels by Marriott, Alicia is excited to learn more about the hospitality industry and to grow as a professional within the company. She was drawn to Hollander based on our warm company culture, as well as the opportunity to help build a solid HR Department.

An interesting thing about Alicia is that she and her family own a small farm! They have a vegetable garden, and a variety of animals including three dogs, three cats, turkeys, goats, one sheep, rabbits, and dozens of chickens. They even sell chicken eggs and vegetables to their hometown locals!
