Announcing New Above-Property Nat’l Account & Group Sales Manager

Candice Knilans

Candice Knilans has over 16 years in the industry ranging from boutique, resort, select, and full-service hotels. She rejoined the Hollander Hospitality team this summer, as National Account & Group Sales Manager, building key accounts and relationships across the Corporate and Crew segments for Crowne Plaza Seattle Airport, and all three full-service properties in the company’s portfolio.

Candice rejoined the Hollander Hospitality team in 2015 for 6 years as Meetings Director at Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown Convention Center, after spending 2 years away developing her hospitality skills further. As Meetings Director, she provided conference services, maintained key accounts, and secured new business for the property during the peak of the hotel's performance and its busiest years ever. During this time, Candice helped establish catering SOP's, consistently exceeded meeting satisfaction results, and secured key business relationships.

In August ’21 she accepted a position as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hotel Indigo Vancouver, where she worked on the pre-opening team through the hotel opening in November of 2022, and lead the sales team through this summer, until her transition back to Hollander Hospitality.
