Lace has accepted a promotion to a new role as Sales Coordinator at Delta Hotel by Marriott Seattle Everett!

She joined Hollander Hospitality in 2021 at The Delta Hotel as a Guest Service Representative, bringing her skills and background working in Customer Service and Insurance Sales to the team.

In her new role as Sales Coordinator at Delta Hotels Seattle Everett, Lace is excited to learn new things; expanding her knowledge and skillset within the Sales department and in the Hospitality Industry as a whole.

Lace's manager, Melissa Montgomery, Sales & Catering Director at the Delta Hotel, said Lace was chosen to be a part of the Sales team because of her dependability, professional integrity, and her desire to grow within Hollander Hospitality. Melissa went on to say that “Lace is a natural leader and naturally encourages and supports everyone around her. She constantly strives to grow and learn every day. She takes pride in every task she’s given no matter how big or small, she will accomplish it with excellence.”

Outside of work, Lace considers herself an artist. She makes time for creative outlets and enjoys drawing a variety of subject matter.
