Hollander Hospitality Announces Taylor Montanye as Director of Sales at Delta Hotels by Marriott Seattle Everett

Taylor has built her career in hospitality from the ground up, starting in Saratoga Springs, NY, before moving to Seattle to pursue new opportunities. She’s held roles ranging from front desk agent to General Manager, but it was in sales where she truly found her passion. Over the last nine years, she’s become known for her ability to create strong partnerships and deliver results, including recognition as a Top 5 Sales Leader in 2020, when she generated over $200,000 in business leads during the pandemic.

Taylor shares that what excites her most about the Delta is the chance to highlight an exceptional property that blends thoughtful design, modern spaces, and a seasoned team dedicated to exceeding guest expectations. Her goal is to ensure that Everett and the surrounding community think of the Delta first when it comes to meetings, events, and travel needs.

What drew Taylor to Hollander Hospitality was the culture of care and longevity she saw across the company. “It’s rare in hospitality to find people who have been with the same company for 10, 20+ years at every level. That told me right away this was a place where people matter - and where I wanted to be.”

Outside of work, Taylor loves traveling, live music, cooking, wine tasting, and cheering on the Seattle Kraken (and soon, PWHL Seattle). She also volunteers with the Seattle Kraken’s One Roof Foundation and Puget Soundkeeper, giving back to the community she now calls home.

Welcome to the team, Taylor!
