Hollander Hospitality Welcomes New General Manager
Joshua Henry
Joshua’s journey reads like a love letter to hospitality: from multi-platinum music producer in London & L.A. to owning two celebrated farm-to-table restaurants and a craft-coffee roastery in Northern California. That same passion for authentic experience and community connection is exactly what drew him to our corner of the Pacific Northwest - first at a historic full-service boutique hotel & spa, then a Home2 by Hilton property, and now, to Hollander Hospitality. Every step taught him how to curate atmosphere, culture, and unforgettable guest moments.
When the gorgeous, full-service Delta caught his attention, Joshua shared, “Joining the Delta Marriott is a dream... I want to build something special here long-term.” He chose Hollander because, in his words, “Hollander is renowned for being an extraordinary company run by exceptional people.” We are honored he chose us to write his next chapter, and thrilled that his vision aligns seamlessly with ours: elevate the property while strengthening culture, community, and every guest moment.
When asked for words to live by, Joshua offered:
“The stream knows it can’t stay on the mountain. Leave and don’t look away from the sun as you go, in whose light you’re sometimes crescent, sometimes full.” - Rumi
These words reflect the thoughtful, intentional mindset he brings to his new role and to every moment of leadership and life.
Away from the lobby, you’ll find him exploring the outdoors, collecting vintage Japanese cars, or planning the next family adventure (he and his crew have already circled the globe). He’s also a longtime supporter of St. Jude, Médecins Sans Frontières, and the Sierra Club.
Stop by Delta Seattle Everett, send a note, or simply say hello the next time you see him on Zoom or Teams. Let’s make sure Joshua feels the same warmth he’s committed to creating for our guests.
Welcome to the family, Joshua - we can’t wait to build something special together.
